Your registration and player bundle purchase covers the following:
Playing Rugby jersey
On loan from the club unless otherwise stated.
Playing shorts
Yours to keep
Playing socks
Yours to keep (No one needs to share socks thankfully)
Additional kit is provided depending sponsorship.
Insurances, Union and competition fees.
Compulsory additional equipment required to be purchased:
Football boots
Anything to provide some traction in the ground when you’re carving up.
Mouthguard
Our policy is "No mouthguard, no play/train" so it pays to have one spare as these things have a tendency to go missing.

Summary By AGE
Under 6
Non contact, touch rugby.
Coach to run on the field with the players to keep games moving and promote safety
7 players on the field at a time.
Games are played on a quarter size field.
Playing time is 2 x 15 mins.
The safe practices of the tackle and ruck maul are taught by "Smart Rugby" accredited coaches.
Emphasis on participation and fun through playing running rugby and scoring tries.
Games are played Friday night. Training is on Wednesday nights.
Under 8

Games are played on a half-size field.
Playing time is 2 x 15 mins.

Playing time is 2 x 20 mins.

Women - First GRADE
The competition covers the Mid-North Coast area on a home-and-away basis.
